Description
Propagate proudly.
If you’re anything like me, you’ve likely propagated your succulents using basically anything that will hold a handful (or bucket full) of soil etc. Whatever works, right? Well, how about something that works and looks great? Something that you could put out in your home and that you’d actually want people to see. I think I’ve got just the thing in this Petri Dish.
Not too big, not too small.
This soda-lime glass Petri Dish is sized in such a way as to offer plant babies plenty of room to grow: it’s 80mm wide and 15mm deep. It’s a good size without being cumbersome or taking up too much room on your sunniest window ledge, and deep enough for your plants’ roots to develop nicely before being potted up.
It’s got a lid.
The lid can be great for moisture retention, but once your plants grow taller than the base dish it basically becomes a second propagation dish – hell yeah.
Should I Get One?
Probably, yeah. At least if you like propagating succulents you should. They look cool, work well, last a long time, can be recycled, and are inexpensive. They’re genuinely my favourite thing to propagate succulents with.
